Property has been vacant for over a year. Stucco siding is falling off with large holes into the house. Chimney brick is falling off eroding. Property has been broken into with the back door and window boarded up. Property is a hazard to families and young kids

I think that has been the case for over a year. No one wants a blighted home on their block or in their neighborhood.
We have a few properties like this in Bellevue and We do not like them sitting vacant with half completed work.
The property owner is responsible for maintaining the property, irregardless if the property is being sold or not. vacant or not. These properties drive down home values around them.

It makes no sense that this issue was closed there are obvious code violations and they have been present for over a year. The house is an eyesore and a blight on our neighborhood. Please make the appropriate enforcements as soon as possible as we do not want these types of property left in this deplorable and dangerous condition in Bellevue.
Do not close this ticket until the iseus have been addressed and the property is brought up to code.
