Homeowner on the corner of Blanton Blvd and Winchester Circle in Macon, Ga had their dog in the backyard pinned up all day long. It had been excessively barking and clearly in distress as they may have not had the dog used to being outside. Not sure if they have left food or water. Dogs not used to the outside can be scared and cause them extreme anxiety… Can the owner be notified?

They haven’t responded to Neighbors well in the past.
