Opis

35th Ave needs repaving! Not just a patch here & there... But an entire re-paving. The concrete has so many cracks and holes in it that I have gotten a flat tire 3x! It's terrible! Please fix it!

Yes! I moved from East Oakland to the Temescal district about 4 years ago, and the relative difference in the number of potholes as well as the time it takes to repair them is incredibly different! Why does blight get repaired so much faster in the wealthier parts of town? (As if I really have to ask.)

Ya! Get those wealthier folks to live in Allendale Park. Things might get fixed faster. Or call your council person. Complain! It's shameful that Redwood Road gets paved but 35th ave doesn't. It's the same street different sides of the freeway.

The city takes better care of the residents who squak loudly and call their council person. Also helps if they have a healthy tax base, ya!
