I have noticed that this owner of a Pontiac car lives by the KOA in the bushes with the homeless people and possibly performing illegal activities. This very same person rides a bicycle along the side a gray pit-bull and sometimes a black terrier/pit-bull mix. Very scary when you have to walk near them or try walk by the trails. Sometimes I try to void them at all cost to prevent any dog attacks.
This person is a African American about 5’6 on his late 40s or early 50’s which I have seen speaking with other people in new cars that park along the bridge.
Lately, I have seen more people hanging around with. He drive a Pontiac with CA 7JKA858. Very clean car for a homeless person. Hum!!
Any help would be very much appreciated
