House has had a car sitting up in the air on jacks for almost a year now. Oil is leaking all over driveway. Car parts, engines and transmission has also been laying all over the ground for many months. Homeowner does not have trash pickup service so he just keeps piling it up in a green dumpster bag that has been sitting there since last may. The pile is almost 4 or 5 feet tall. Also piling up on side of house. Rats and bugs and smell is beginning to radiant with the warmer weather. Please help us get this issue resolved. The neighbor is not approachable. He also built a makeshift plastic building in the back behind his house-not sure what he is using that for...maybe trash or marijuana. Mainly the front of the house is very concerning. Is there anything that can be done about the oil, car parts and trash? We are afraid a child will get injured if they wander into his unfenced property. Again this horrible situation has been going on for almost a year now. Please tell him to get his trash picked up and get rid of car parts and oil. Also take off jacks very dangerous to animals and children. Thank you for any assistance you can give our suffering neighborhood.
