Still waiting for a phone call !!

The concrete pile is on the property of 1102 Olive St. Would the owner of that residence provide their number to discuss?

It prompted a phone call from the codes office in response to this posting. So yes , they are listening and being attentive to issues. I'm attentive to my properties. In many cases more than many
owner occuppied homes, ( but I can admitt I'm not perfect ) Are you ??

Honestly, I looked at the area in which I think your complaing about and found it to be a minor issue in my opinion. The codes office has many bigger concerns to deal wih than some clean fill for the most part except for a disregarded tire . That I'm sure will be p[roprly disposed of when the weather breaks in a month or so. I forwarded my name name and number to the tenant to give to the owner so that I can be good neighbor to help. I think the owner is planning on backfilling that area with clean gravel to reinforce the retaing wall .

That "clean pile" is not as clean as it appears on the surface. FIVE YEARS AGO before it became a legal demo dump (remember?) it was a nice back yard. Now the rats have a home and trash-bags are being ripped open on a weekly basis. Senior citizens receive hefty fines for not shoveling snow from their sidewalk, yet this demo pile remains intact. Imagine the revenue the city could be drawing from this illegal eyesore. The fact that its a Section 8 property could be the reason that the city can't/won't fine the slum lord/owner who happens to be a Kennett Square resident (go figure). I apologize that you had to deal with a phone call which happens to be a minor issue in my opinion, but it's been 5 years with NO ACTION TAKEN. If history is any lesson, the phone call was all bark with no threat of a bite (unless of course, you are a senior citizen living on a fixed income).

Quit hiding behind a fake name and call me to see how a neighbor hood can work together to resolve issues. this posting stuff doesn't help anyone or Coatesville

Honestly, Until your ready to stop hiding in the shadows and your fake name, I don't want to hear you complain anymore. Your wasting the city staffs time and energy when they could be dealing with more serious issues.

I need the water drainage fixed in juniper alley only been a year now.
