There no regulation that restricts the growth of trees or bushes within the property, only if it is on the perimeter of the property and forms a hedge. If it forms a hedge on the perimeter, it can be up to 10 feet tall in the side yard / rear yard and 5 feet on the front yard. No violation at this time.
