Sharraxaadda

In the last 2 months I have had 4 different drivers either run the double/yellow stop signs on New Street @ Miner Street or stop half way into the intersection after I had to blow my horn and slam on my brakes. Mostly this happens @ night. Miner Street has the right of way and NO STOP SIGNS. Get off your cell phones and drive!
