Lots of trash, bumpers from vehicles etc. most of this trash is a result of the UNITED VENTURES CONSORTIUM auto body shop at 2711 26th St NE.

This ticket says it was closed because the trash is on public space. Shouldn't private property owners be responsible for for their own trash? This building and/or lot is not currently owned or leased. Illegal dumping is a constant issue in this community.
