1530 Federal Street is a illegal boarding house. The owner is taking advantage of residents by cutting off the hot water for the past two months. Two rooms are with out electricity . He used these people because all these people suffer with the disease of addiction. He uses one one female resident for his sexual gratification. these people have no other place to go. Owner states, he does not care about any of these people or respect them as human being because they are addicts.. Fact, the are addicts who have no other place to go. This is one of the worst cases of human abuse I seem in my life. They are sick human beings. Who suffer with the disease of Addiction. They are in cable of acting upon freewill. Addicts are compel to look for a ways and means committee to get high. I am requesting your help in helping these people and exposing this Owner, Isacc Walton, AKA Ike, for his total disregard for life. He is a predator.
