Description

There is a person who is experiencing homelessness. They have used pallets to create a bed and will not even seek shelter under the bridge when it's raining. Rather than Windsor neighbors continuing to feed and provide warming items for this person.. it would be nice if they could get more help. Not to mention, sadly, some people are scared to walk or drive by.
