Description

The entire alleyway needs to be repaired and cleared flat!!. I have a friend who is vision impaired and needs to walk through the alleyway. He cannot drive anymore and I need to be able to drive back there without hitting every huge pothole to help him!! I am pick him up so I can take him shopping as needed and help him . There are several others who park on their property using this alleyway access! My friend has severe glaucoma and is nearly blind, and he could hurt himself walking in this alleyway. Please fix it!! Thank you.

A. Location is at Treat street (Bicycle Boulevard) near Glenn Street. From Glenn on Treat street facing south, it is the first alleyway to your left (you can only go left)
