Sharraxaadda

Pot hole was filled but on the side it seems like there is still open space under pavement. It has sunk down in the middle and cannot be driven over. It takes up about half of the alley and larger cars cannot pass. Resident claims people have almost hit her home trying to get around it. And her property is in very close proximity
