I am all for tree houses on private property but this tree on city property is starting to look like a safety hazard and a law suit waiting to happen. It is on 78th street (north side) at 37th Avenue. It attracts every kid walking by and some day something bad is going to happen like a kid falling into traffic or hanging themselves on a rope.
