I appreciate your patients as we are working to address this issue. I am in the process of obtaining approval form our Law Dept. to implement the policy, procedure and necessary applications/forms which Code Enforcement will be able to use in a coordinated effort with our Police Department to obtain the information required about the vehicle in question to confirm a tow may be affected. As soon I have obtained the approval to implement the vehicle information request form, the process should take no longer than 72 hours to have the abandoned vehicle removed
