The cameras @21 mi. & Jefferson seem to be incorrectly adjusted. They don't notice cars waiting to turn left from 21 mi. when there are no cars in either direction on Jefferson. It has been this way since they were installed

I noticed that the lights never change, but I didn't realize it was because of the cameras. Either way, I treat these confounding intersections as a flashing red. When it's clear, I look for cops, then go.
