Drug house! Reported this for months...They are violating Muni codes 9.08.160 Sitting or lying on streets, 9.08.170 Obstructing pedestrians and probably 9..08.180 Alcoholic beverages on public streets, 9.08.190 Open alcoholic beverage containers. These are the laws!

nobody gets it - the neighborhood got a brief burst of attention/help after Chyemil's awful murder - apparently that's over now and back to being at the bottom of the barrel

we need to find out who the owner is and ask that they step up & go after the city to protect their property

The city needs to start taking actions on boarded up and run down properties even if a bank owns it. Run down property is part of the crime and homeless problem, they attract both.
