Description
A person is sleeping on a mattress in the middle of the day. Please someone help this person find shelter. Why are people continually ignoring this situation? I don't understand why nothing is being done with the Navigation Center in Vallejo.
It is located across the street 357 Mini Drive, next to Boss’s Market.
