Thank you for reporting this. I tried to contact Ms. Carter who also reported the situation, by phone but I got no answer or an answering machine to leave a message. My staff confirmed the drain was full of leaves and other organic waste. I have forwarded a work order to the street department to clear the drain. Please be sure to bag or otherwise contain yard waste set out for pick up so that it won't end up in the drain. FYI, we have scheduled First Ave for mill/ paving early this summer.
