We need to open a study on speeding on spice lane. Cars are speeding with no worries of walking pedestrians. Also down the street you have a elementary school with majority of the children walking. There are no speed limit signs, kid crossings are blocked due to parked cars on the street. We need speed bumps before some one gets ran over.
