That light has been a nightmare in general. For those coming from Pearl St it aggravating. They have a left turn signal for those turning on to Liberty St towards WB. If it senses one car, it will stop traffic, but the other side will remain green for a couple more minutes…even if no one is in the turn lane. Constantly backs up to Pearl St.

Yep, I totally agree! Especially waiting to take that left towards Stonehill, Rt. 123. It's a nightmare waiting!!
