Description

The homeless woman that stands at the corner of the Chippenham exit and Jahnke begging uses this electrical box as her storage. There are dozens of plastic water bottles and gallon jugs shoved in there and it's left open. She uses it like it's her personal closet. That is technically city property and should not be allowed to be used in this manner. If she ruined something in it, it would be the taxpayers money that went to have it replaced, and unless I'm wrong, I doubt she pays taxes on all that money she collects standing on the corner. However, I am a taxpaying citizen and do not want my money to go to fix her "closet".
