Hello - I'm writing to inquire about the recent change in timing of the left turn signal light at 2nd Street and Paseo del Norte turning left onto westbound Paseo. The timing was changed last week and now allows only 4 cars to turn before the light turns red. The north and southbound 2nd Street traffic is not heavy and this change to the left turn lane timing has resulted in long back ups for those turning westbound onto Paseo. Will you please check this or let me know if there is another department I should contact to address this issue? Thank you.
