The Bronx River Parkway between Brook Street exit and Fennimore Road exit is riddled with potholes, It is almost impossible to navigate at more than a crawl in some spots. People are driving the speed limit and then come upon portions of this stretch and slam on the breaks or swerve, which could cause an accident.
