Description

These garbage bins used to belong to a restaurant, Carluccio's, which is now closed. I'm not sure if anyone is responsible for them. People use them for dumping garbage and they are now overflowing. I'm not sure if the trash gets pick up each week but they are always jam packed with half a week to go.
