IT'S ABOUT TIME ! THEY CAN SPEND MONEY ON NEW CITY HAL & NEW FIRE DEPT & NEW POLICE CARS, WHY NOT SPEND A LITTLE MONEY ON THE WORST STREET IN TOWN !! IF CHARL WOODARD LIVED ON PARK ST IT WOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED YEARS AGO !! HE LIVED ON HORNAL RD. & STREET WAS PERFECT & HAS BEEN FOR I KNOW 15+ YRS. THEN HE MOVED ON POPLAR SPRINGS RD & THAT STREET GOT PAVED & PAINTED LINES ON IT, WHICH IT DIDN'T NEED THE LINES PAINTED ON IT AT ALL !
