Description

We have been complaining about the noises violation and the nuisances coming from this AirBnB/VRBO rental unit and yet nothing has be resolved or investigated for the past few years.
The noise is constant from shouting, yelling, loud music & TV, doors slaming, illegal parking...etc, day & night before and after 10pm, depending on the different renters. The owner is well aware of the situation, has several AirBnB & VRBO rental units, when per the law he supposed to only have 2, and live in one of them. We don't think he has the appropriate permit/license to do so, therefore the unit has never been inspected for such activities. Also, this AirBnb is rented way more than the allowed 180 days per year.

We will next write to the Council of the City of Sandy Springs as nothing has been done about the nouses since 2020. We are just exhausted.
