Deskripsyon

The cross walk on Witherspoon at the library is unsafe; very dark in the evening and since the construction, no longer has a flashing signal. Something needs to be done. I was almost hit the other night by a car turning off Hull onto Witherspoon. I am not sure the driver ever saw me.
