Yep, every single night— loud music, empty bottles of Hennessy, takeout containers thrown about everywhere. Our neighborhood is doing all that we can, plus with the narcotics house across the street. MPD, please help!

These guys started off in the dug outs with just 2 guys now it’s growing everyday. Now they don’t care just out in the parking lot. I call the police and they don’t come.

This has been forwarded to the Community Affairs Division and the Patrol Division.
