Your e-mail has been received by the Smithtown Highway Department and has been forwarded to our dispatcher. Repairs of this type will resume in the spring/summer. At that time your sidewalk will be
inspected to see if repairs can be made.

I reported this issue and to date nothing has been done. Now you want pictures? This is a definite tripping hazzard and I'm repeating this to tell you it is not getting any better. I suffer from Vertigo and have tripped there once or twice. What is the town waiting for ? My taxes are high enough. I'm 82 and not getting younger. Now you want pictures? I posted this in January. I don't need a law suit! Please attend to this!
