There is a misleading and unnecessary street light at this intersection which has confused drivers and caused accidents. It is the traffic signal light that is on the southwest corner of the intersection (facing east).

When a driver is approaching from west end ave (traveling west), and they make a right onto greenfield with the intention of turning onto 4th, there is not enough space in the road to complete the turn, so they end up facing the traffic signal in question, which can mislead such a driver when in fact this signal is supposed to direct cars on 4th st, not greenfield.

I would strongly recommend removing/disabling this light as it does not seem even to be necessary for traffic on 4th street.

As a resident of West End ave I know how dangerous this signal is and I avoid this intersection for that reason.
