  A watchlist has been created Clayton County Commissioners Franklin and Turner have been added to this list and both informed tenant who lives across the street parks cars in this vacant lot that is assigned to the Code Enforcement Abatement team without permission from the property owner who is in violations see CE23-8845 and a request for the specialized Abatement team see CE23-9729 to have tenant to remove his cars off this private property vacant lot has yet to be addressed by the Code Enforcement Specialized team

  I created a Watchlist and included both Commissioners Felicia Franklin and Commissioner Jeff Turner along with their assistants tenant 10832 Mallard Dr Jonesboro Ga 30238 parks vehicles in the vacant lot at 10819 Mallard Dr Jonesboro Ga 30238 this lot is under Code Enforcement Abatement team CE23-8845 for violations therefore tenant across the street unless given permission from the property owner is illegally unauthorized to park his vehicles there CE23-9729 is request for the Specialized Team to have tenant across the street to move his vehicles from this lot. Code Enforcement Abatement Team has yet to respond therefore creating this Watchlist so the Public Authorities can monitor

  CE23-9729 has been closed due to wrong address CE23-8845 is still valid and is under Code Enforcement Abatement Specialized Team once again the vehicles being parked on the grass areas of this privately owned vacant lot is an accident waiting to happen to our community because of possible oil or gas leakage on the grass. Public Officials have been added to this watchlist since the tenant across the street at 10832 Mallard Dr Jonesboro Ga 30238 has not been given permission from property owner of this vacant lot to park there when he has plenty more than enough space to park where he dwells/rents. Good judgement is not being used and places this community in possible jeopardy

  Regarding CE23-10026 wasn't reported until 9/22/23 therefore it could not have been opened on 9/18/23 and hopefully not confused with prior cases against this tenant which were closed
