I would consider this harassment at this point

Wow, the complainer is even going so far as using the same address about a parked trailer and the housing market destroying pebbles on Regatta Way for.....homeless concerns at Home Depot. Off Collier. That trailer and those pebbles really turned the complainers world upside down, poor sad thing.

On a more serious note, purposely using the same previous address for this complaint is harassment and hopefully Mr. Nick will eventually find out who it is and consider filing a TRO against the complainer as it is ridiculous and infantile of the complainer to say the least.

At first, I was confused about there being a homeless problem here but now after reading the post I am so confused because the address is the same one for another complaint about a trailer and some rocks. What in the world is going on around here? This is going too far, and the original post above makes the point I made on another post, things have changed here on Regatta over the last 7 or 8 years and not for the better with so much animosity. By using the homeowner’s Regatta address to say that there is a homeless problem you have successfully brought properties values down in this community because now when someone looks up homes for sale here, your homeless post will pop up. There is no homeless problem here and I have to agree with what someone else commented above, it may be time for the homeowner whose address is being used in this post to seek legal advice. I hesitate to suggest that route but this is wrong on so many levels and the original post should be removed.
