Description
Sick of residents running their sprinklers during the day and obstructing the sidewalk as a result. My elderly neighbor is in a wheelchair and her only fresh air activity is to wheel around the block, and she has to cut short her plans frequently because of this nonsense. I know this is not exactly a Water Leak but until the village gives us a better place to report these code violations, and utter thoughtlessness, I'll be using this portal.

And I don't want to hear residents blaming their sprinkler company or a complicated watering system. It's your house which means it's your problem. Own it.
