Description

Patrol officer/Speed Trap needed for Westgate shopping neighborhood. The corner of Congress Street where Casco Bay Eye Care is has a horrible issue with speeding and eratic driving in this area. There are many children and animals in this neighborhood and it has become increasingly dangerous due to the speeding especially at night.
