Need to check traffic signal timing at lights at Westover Hills Boulevard and Forest Hill Avenue and Forest Hill Avenue & Jahnke Road. Been going that way every day for 15 years & there are now bad traffic back-up where it seems those going eastbound on Forest Hill have to wait an excessive time at the red light at Westover and Forest Hill. This causes traffic to be backed up in eastbound direction and folks coming onto Westover from Jahnke canot get onto Jahnke & those going eastbound on Forest Hill and Jahnke are blocking the intersection so cars turning cannot get through. It is a mess and unnecessary.
