So far things have been pretty effective.... NOT. The pile keeps getting bigger not smaller....
Zoning is absolutely useless .... they won't enforce squat. Health at least gets him to clean up after getting on him. So when is Canton going to get serious about better and more beautiful neighborhoods? Cause with this fellow and all the previous complaints over the same thing we aren't getting anywhere. How about putting this property on a watch list and going by once a week since the problem never really stops here.
It's a real shame that on a main entrance into town things look like this on a continual basis especially when the property is not even ZONED for this kind of activity. Zoning has said previously that it is a trespassing issue not a zoning issue. Bull .... Elsass Team Center is defunct ... they'll never doing anything about it. So if I decide to run a business out of a vacant lot then there is nothing zoning can do to me ... correct? May as well dissolve the department since there isn't anything they can do that's useful.
What do you think Councilman?

Can you guys pass this off to code at this point ... They'll probably have to follow up with this to finish getting things cleaned up.

I believe that should cover the scrap stacked and the building materials on the lot. Parking is fine but the rest of the garbage really needs to go :)
