Between the upstairs tenants leaving trash everywhere and the property manager adding to the mess the place needs cleaned up all over. This might even be nice to send over to the appeals court judge to show that a certain someone is not learning his lesson :) Thanks for getting these slobs cleaned up :)

Here's some pics to go along with our earlier conversation this morning about this property.

The property manager doesn't know how to correctly prepare carpeting for sanitation to pick up (we won't even bother going there that he's had it laying out since Saturday). Also the back lot is littered with all sorts of trash since they overloaded the dumpster and don't bag things. Thanks :)

Since Ms Burick won't have Mr Burns mow any other way we'll turn it in again. Please send this out right away since they will call you to find out what the last day they have to mow it is. They think it irritates me but all I do is LOL because it just proves my point that their behavior is that of slumlords and poor property owners / managers. As always I've provided some nice photos for you :) Thanks for your assistance getting this handled again :)

South side of building ... stairs leading up stairs have a lot of rot and unsafe.

Our favorite Landlord / Management Team .... Guess we're reduced to turning this into the city every time it will need mowed now since they can't manage once a week like the rest of the neighborhood. It is now at the height that you'll have to send them a letter to mow it. It would be much easier if they were just good neighbors and cut it down like the rest of us. We're not asking for manicured ... just keep it cut. I know it's rough since it's a 15 minute yard to cut ... hang in there :)

Once again following the 24 hour rule and containerizing at rentals in the city ordinances are not being followed. When are we going to start enforcing this?

His parking lot off Market N is still not finished. Just thought I'd drop a line and see how much time we're going to give him to finish making things presentable. Thanks :)

Please have Code check the parking lot behind (enters from Market). They shouldn't have a problem finding it they've been there enough. Health got all the trash out. Time to finish the job of cleaning this lot up.... been waiting since January. Scap ... miscellaneous building material stacked and laying (mostly towards the back around and on the trailers... junk vehicle (with blue tarp over the back) ... Parking lot is fine to use as a parking lot for licensed / usable vehicles but not as a storage lot for their business. Thanks all :) Let's keep Canton looking good :)

521.11 STORAGE OF JUNK AND JUNK VEHICLES.
(a) No person shall repair, wreck, dismantle or store any motor-driven vehicle on a sidewalk, public street or other public place or store junk, wreckage parts of motor-driven vehicles or used building materials on a sidewalk, public street or other public place.
No person shall wreck, dismantle or store the wreckage parts of motor-driven vehicles, junk or any used building materials on any open parcel of ground not enclosed by a fence seven feet in height constructed of tight board construction or paling fence, pales not to be less than three-and-one-half inches in width, or more than three inches apart, or wire fence of not less than No. 8 wire and not less than one-and-one-half inch mesh. The fence shall be constructed not closer to the street than the building line, and shall withstand a thirty-pound per square foot wind pressure. Such fence shall meet the approval of the Chief Building Official or his designee, and a permit shall be required for its construction.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

The length of Humphrey Court off of 18th St NW needs the holes filled Please. I'm not sure anything short of repaving will take care of the center hump but we need a starting point anyhow :) Thanks :)

The 100-200 blck of 30th St both directions have multiple potholes that need filled. Also there are sporadic potholes both sides through the 800 blck both sides that need attention .. either they were missed the first time through or reopened up.
