This trench is down again and for the third time. While I realize the utility company responsible for the trench has performef temporary repairs when contacted by the Town, the trench needs to be permanently repaired as soon as possible. Also, all of the water trenches on South Main Street that resulted from the main installations last year need to be checked and brought up to grade.
