Properties are being damaged by gangs of kids throughout the block and NO ONE is doing anything about it. We spend money and time to make our properties nice and the kids run around breaking trees, bushes, doors, denting cars, breaking fences, tearing out plants. You say something and you get the "kids will be kids" response from the parents who don't watch their kids and let them reek havok all over. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!! WE PAY TOO MUCH IN MORTGAGES AND PROPERTY TAX TO LET THE KIDS RULE THE NEIGHBORHOODS!!
