Residents are now playing musical chairs with the same Christmas tree. Yesterday morning, they pushed it in front of 399-401 Madison Avenue. A neighbor pushed it back to 403 so the innocent neighbors at 399-401 won't get ticketed for someone else's trash. As I got home last night, I personally witnessed the same tree being dragged up the block and dumped in front of 419 Madison. It's rather ironic that they've spent more time and energy dumping their old tree in front of other people's property than it would have take for them to just put the tree out at the curb at the proper time and place!
