Public safety staff has checked the address several times and have not observed any dogs outside. Additional information has been requested from the customer regarding dog description and behaviors that would deem it vicious.

Public safety staff made contact with the dog owner and informed them of the complaint. We did not receive any additional information on behaviors of the dog. The dog owner was told to make sure the dogs do not jump over the fence and if there was a concern to raise the height. Both dogs are current with vaccinations and are registered with the city of Mankato.
