There is a dead tree that fell during the last storm IDALIA. It is in between buildings IVANHOE G and IVANHOE F behind 13455 SW 16th Court Pembroke Pines FL 33027. This is inside Century Village. The tree is rotted and also needs to be removed along with the dead tree that snapped off. Several emails have been sent to FIRST SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They have ignored the emails. The exact location is in back of Ivanhoe F and in between building Ivanhoe G. It’s right next to the A/C units. Thank you.
