Descrição
There are two crosswalks across Tawes St that are completely unmarked/unpainted. One is at Tawes and Trappe intersection and the other is at Tawes and Morris intersection. These are crosswalks used daily by kids walking to bus stops. Additionally, these stop signs are often ignored and crosswalk markings would better signal to drivers a need to stop Traffic calming (I.e. speed bumps) are imperative on this street, but crosswalk painting can be addressed immediately

Subject: Re: Tawes St / Trappe St
I noticed that Howard County and Maple Lawn were reviewing the stop sign interception today. There are several steps I would recommend:) 1) 4 way stop; 2) paint an intersection box or crossway; 3) post a sign on the intersection that’s it’s being monitored.
