Violation of Traffic Safety Visibility Area
Insufficient sight distance per city code.
Seaside Code section 17.30.030

It is unsafe for pedestrians entering the intersection to cross when cars are parked right up to the corner. Per city code, there should be no visibility obstructions 30 feet from the intersection.
