sidewalks are all ripped up one lady had already fallen and hurt her anckle. We have called and also e-mailed down to the city yard and city hall.They claim no fund are there for sidewalks. So that answer means it's ok for people to get hurt.And it's sad due to all the taxes we pay in New Britain.It's a shame we have sidewalks and can't use the walking in the streets are safer oh so sad!

They keep saying I have never called, they have no record of it. They will put me on the list. They have the neighbor across the street lisred instead!! They have nice sidewalks. LOL
I pay taxes, I try to keep my place looking nice. I live on a fixed income & I'm disabled. The city has no money in the budget?? Why does downtown get all the money spent on those sidewalks? What about the rest of us? We need sidewalks that are nice too. Lots of people walk in this area. I'm on the kids going to school route, I wish the town would step up & do something good for the folks of New Britain!! We keep trying but get no place.

The City of New Britain partnered with See-Click-Fix in the fall of 2017, and will soon be releasing a New Britain specific App for handling resident requests early in 2018. New requests will be able to be brought to the City’s attention using this App. The New Britain specific SCF App will also provide useful information about the City, and allow you do to things like pay your taxes.
