Description

At 6:30 AM on 3/11, very loud machinery was activated on Schermerhorn Street. It appeared to be some kind of milling machine or cold planer pounding and tearing up a strip of asphalt the length of the street. The noise was continuous for 30-45 minutes before being replaced with other large vehicle sounds.
