Description

I applaud neighbors for reporting this issue. This has been a constant nuisance especially since it has never been resolved. This is a disrespect to all of your neighbors near Vance School. Please have them let the dogs out in the BACKYARD especially during the early morning hours. Thank you

Who are you to tell a homeowner where they can take their dog outside? What gives you that right? Here is a hint for you dogs bark it's a part of life. If you do not like it too bad.
