Have you talked to your neighbors at 106 Fern Street? Approaching them directly and politely with your concerns is more neighborly than filing repeated complaints against them with the city government.

They were previously cited. While their behavior temporarily improves, they have gone back to their regular habits. After several notices from the city, the trashing goes on. Unacceptable when we all have to pay for Recology bins.

Do you know why they are throwing trash on the street instead of using the bins, if that's what is happening?
