Thank you for raising this issue.Before the winter hit, I would often encounter one or two beggars in "close quarters" while running through the under pass on Elm Street at the I-91 off ramp. Might not be the safest thing for kids, families, etc...

Six years later and we still haven't found a solution to this. Lol.

There is work available everywhere-skilled and unskilled. Cheap clothing at Goodwill to apply somewhat presentable. Cheap ticket to a new life...

This is an issue that will only assist in deteriorating the town. Enfield town officials need to be put on notice to do something about this!

Now going on seven years and nothing has been done. Good job Enfield!

This should be made an election issue - force the politicians to publically state where they stand on this. People need to go to the office town meetings and bring it up multiple times to make them do something about this. The time for "studying" this issue has long since passed.
